This is really one of my favorite animated customs. The (not-so) good doctor was made from an old-school Batman torso, forearms, thighs, and cape. The upper arms and lower legs came from Martian Manhunter, while the hood was donated from a Jedi. The head was a trimmed-down Skeletor head and fit snugly in the hood once most of his cranium was removed. The "skirt" was cut toothpaste tube. One reason why I like this one so much is that it's bulky. I felt like Dr. Destiny should tower over most of the rest of the characters, and so he does.
